Senior Surveyor

Joshua Robert Property is currently representing a mid-sized firm of chartered surveyors in Northamptonshire. Our client is a well-respected, high growth SME organisation with a local focus. The business is looking to bring in a high calibre individual, as the role will have the potential to progress through to a full equity partner and will initially operate on a profit share basis.

As part of your role, will you will take over an existing busy portfolio of clients and will be responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships. You'll provide estates management, due diligence, acquisitions and disposals, rent reviews and lease renewals, as well as home buyer surveys and mortgage valuations, valuation sign off and budgeting.

In return, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly, a clear route to an equity partnership and a profit share agreement. A basic salary of c£40,000-£50,000 + car.
