Project Quantity Surveyor

The Director of a medium size, national practice with a professional, but sociable environment, is seeking a bright Quantity Surveyor to join their Cost Management team.

Based a short distance from London Liverpool street in an extremely affluent and popular area of London, the successful Quantity Surveyor will benefit greatly from the consultancy's APC support and diverse workload.

Working alongside a Senior and Associate Quantity Surveyor, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall carry out both pre and post contractual duties. You will also be responsible for running your own projects up to £20m.

Sectors include: Commercial, Leisure, Hotels, Sciences, Residential, Retail, and Heritage.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • BSc in Quantity Surveying/ RICS accredited degree
  • Committed to the APC / achieving MRICS
  • Previous UK Quantity Surveying experience
  • Confident
