Job Details
Successful legal firm have a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Surveyor to join their expanding team in the property team to carry out HomeBuyer Surveys and to offer additional services to clients to bring in work to the team.
The successful candidate will be tasked with undertaking a range of surveying services which will include homebuyers surveys and reports, building surveys and ideally commercial rates reviews.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be MRICS Chartered with previous experience in a similar role. You will be a self starter and willing to bring in new work using additional skills. You must be well presented and articulate as this will be a client facing position. Excellent communication and report writing skills are essential, as well as being organised and have the ability to manage your time to work autonomously when required.
