Job Details
Consultancy based in London are looking for a Building Surveyor with around 2 years of post-qualification experience to join their team.
The role will give the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to develop their existing experience, knowledge and skill base working on a variety of interesting projects including ecclesiastical.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in:
> Party Wall matters
> Contract Administration
> Conservation
> Project Management
To be successful in your application you must be an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor and be within commuting distance of London City.
You must have a Building Surveying background with experience of managing projects with a very good understanding of current legislation.
Salary will be competitive and reflect the level of experience of the successful candidate and benefits include Pension, RICS membership fees and CPD will be provided in house.
