Building Control Surveyor

This leading and growing home insurance and warranty provider are seeking to grow their current team of 300 by appointing an experienced Building Control Surveyor. In return you will receive a 25 day's holiday, car lease scheme or mileage, and support achieving chartership if not already held.

As a Building Control Surveyor, you role will involve the following:

• Site inspections and surveys on projects that are either completed or under construction
• Ensuring work is completed to a standard which complies with building regulations, technical manuals, and health and safety
• Completing reports and documentation based on site findings
• Frequent liaison with surveyors and management on technical matters

If the following applies to your experience, I'm keen to hear from you:

• Experience as a Building Control Surveyor, Control Officer, Control Inspector, or Risk Management Surveyor
• Ideally you will be chartered, although if not this can be provided
• Understanding of general insurance principles
• In depth knowledge of building regulations
• Full UK driving licence
