Local Authority Opportunity! - Residential and Commercial Development.

Incredible opportunity for an Interim Development Manager to bolster the Development team within this East Anglia Local Authority.

The council owns a large property portfolio and a number of sites have been identified for development and regeneration

They are now seeking an experienced Development Manager to not only aid with the acquisition of sites, but help determine the most appropriate methods to implement, in order to bring forward the development of these sites. This could include disposal to a developer to achieve a capital receipt, development via a joint venture with a private developer or contractor or development via the council's SPV to generate an income stream.

If this poses any interest and you would like to find out more, please apply here or call me (Ryan) to discuss further on 0207 766 9084.

Working predominantly in the Development sector, I am always scouting for talented candidates, so if you are looking for a new role and this position isn't quite right, please do get in touch.
