My client is a leading UK based SME with a strong project management business. They are currently looking to appoint an experienced project manager with strong cradle to grave delivery experience who can front into challenging clients.
The programme of works is large and ongoing so it is important to secure the right person to front this initially. There will be room to grow within the business as the role grows and the rewards will of course be in line with performance.
Must have a track record in the residential development sector.
