Senior Quantity Surveyor, London

A chartered Quantity Surveying practice in central London are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a successful track record of working on high residential projects.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of a range of projects, but in particular, a large high end residential project. From day one you will focus on pushing this project through to completion whilst also providing pre & post contract services on other schemes.

From time to time, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall also mentor and manage junior Quantity Surveyors; helping them with their APC and development.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Member of a relevant professional body
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying /RICS accredited degree
  • Experienced within the London QS market
  • High end residential experience is ideal
  • Confident
  • Comfortable dealing with tough clients
