Commercial / Residential Property Manager - Leeds - £40,000 + Car Allowance.

This truly unique property consultancy is seeking a Chartered Surveyor (F/MRICS Qualified) with experience of undertaking lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidation negotiations, new lettings and sales, rent collection, service charges and accounting processes - all within both the commercial and residential sectors. As head of department, you will manage and take charge of two professionals, guiding their day to day activities.
Now the best part. Your role within the business will grow directly in line with the department growing. You will be instrumental in the direction of where the department grows, including heading the marketing of the department and its business development activities.
