About The Company

This is a rare and an exciting opportunity to head the commercial division of a successful Property Management and Investment firm. This firm works with a plethora of prestigious institutional clients and their main objective is to maintain and build long-term trusted relationships by delivering excellent customer service.

About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for Property Management services for our clients across the UK. You will manage a mixed portfolio of retail, offices and industrial estates. This role is highly client facing and social and you will be responsible for a prestigious fund.

This service includes but is not limited to:

• Site inspections
• Risk management
• Collection of service charge, rent and insurance collection
• Managing and building relationships between the tenants and clients.
• Other ad hoc duties when the role requires

About You

- MRICS

- Ideally 4 years Commercial Property Management experience

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
