Are you looking for a new challenge in CPO surveying? Want to work for a leading global real estate services company?
Beach Baker are delighted to be recruiting for an award-winning commercial property consultancy based in Bristol. New opportunities in this service line have arisen within the company and as such are looking to recruit for a Compulsory Purchase Surveyor.
Projects include town planning for regeneration of the local areas across the South West as well as developments of transport infrastructure. The role requires a MRICS surveyor to have had ample experience in dealing with CPOs and advising clients in achieving their objectives.
The successful candidate will receive renumeration dependant on experience.
