Rural Surveyor, Herts, Up to £32K + Car Allowance, Pension, Private Health, Bonus

Are you newly qualified and looking for a fresh challenge?

If the answer is yes this is the role for you. Beach Baker are working with an established consultancy who after numerous successful mandates in the Herts office, there is a requirement for a Rural Surveyor.

Acting on behalf of a range of clients that include charities, private investors, public sector and corporates the Rural Surveyor will be responsible for providing day to day and strategic management of rural portfolios throughout the East of England and North Home Counties.

In order to be considered for this dynamic, broad opportunity the candidate WILL:-

  • Be MRICS Qualified (via the rural pathway)
  • Have a proven track record in negotiation
  • Confident and client facing
