Senior Project Manager, Health and Education
London
Leading international built environment consultancy is seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager as lead Project Manager / Employers Agent on a complex refurbishment project in the Higher Education Sector. The project has commenced on site and involves refurbishment of a highly regarded arts school, working with a Sterling prize-winning architect and reputable main contractor.
You will have a thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from dealing with strategic issues at conception stage, through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review gained within a consultancy environment. You will have experience leading public sector, particularly education and health, project management commissions for medium to large sized construction projects of medium to high complexity and of administering construction contracts including JCT roles such as Employer’s Agent and or Contract Administrator.
