This is a well respected and well know construction consultancy and now has a vacancy for a Building Surveyor to be based in their office in Tunbridge Wells

Location: Tunbridge Wells (TN1)

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + benefits

About the Company:

This company is a well established construction consultancy that offers their clients Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Health & Safety and Architectural services on a wide range of projects. They operate mainly within the new build Housing Association market along side both commercial and public sectors. They are currently experiencing a period of growth and now have a vacancy for a Building Surveyor to be based in their office in Tunbridge Wells Kent.

About the Building Surveyor Opportunity:

In order to be the successful Building Surveyor, it would be advantageous if you have some experience in new build housing association market but experience in education, leisure or in fact most sectors will be considered if you wish to get into the large new build residential sector. You will have a few years experience and be able to demonstrate a broad range of technical skills even if you are at the latter stages of your APC. You must also have experience with a consultancy in a building surveying role ideally with a bias towards contract admin and project work.

Requirements for the Building Surveyor:

Good all round experience in some or all of the following sectors:

·New build Social Housing

Consultancy experience

Client facing skills

Few years experience – either latter APC or enough experience to take the experienced route.

Salary & Benefits for the Building Surveyor:

£35,000 - £45,000 plus car allowance, pension, health + benefits
