Newly Qualified Property Management Surveyor

 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Management Surveyor to join a highly regarded property management team based in the West End. Working as part of the larger Property and Asset Management team you will be responsible for the management of a mixed portfolio  of properties throughout London and the South East for one of the UK’s largest funds. The ideal candidate will be capable of taking significant responsibility for management of the portfolio liaising directly with the client.  

Key Responsibilities

• Effective management of the property portfolio
• Identifying value-add asset management initiatives
• Manging the relationship with the client
• Business development
• Coordinating relationships between contractors, tenants and clients

Skills and Experience

• MRICS qualified
• Professional approach
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• Ability to effectively manage workload and meet tight deadlines
