There arent many people who would pass up an opportunity to work on HS2 - its one of the biggest and most prestigious projects in the UK, and in the rail sector over all. So, why pass this up?!

My client are one of the top consultancies in the UK - they work across both the Infrastructure and the Property markets, and have their finger on the pulse of the most respected projects in the industry. This is no different! They are looking for a Cost Manager to join their busy rail team and cover the responsibilities associated with their HS2 project team.

With proven success working within the rail sector, and with previous consultancy or client side experience, this is a role suited to someone who is highly articulate, client-facing, hard working, and someone with a genuine passion for the rail sector.

While ideally you will be based in their London head office, opportunities are also available for those in Birmingham so get in touch for both!

The successful Cost Manager will also offer the following:

  • A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Manager
  • MRICS or working towards it
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • Proven success working in the rail / infrastructure sector
  • Ideally major project experience (Crossrail, Thames Tideway, etc)
  • Proven success working for a consultancy or client organisation in the UK
  • A hard working, diligent approach to hard work
