Job Details
Peace Recruitment are currently looking to source an experienced Property Officer or Manager for a medium sized housing association based in West Lothian. Your job within the organisation will be the day-to-day management and letting of the organisation’s Private Rented Stock. The role is for an initial 1 month but does have the chance of extension.
You will be responsible for the marketing and letting of properties. You will do credit checks for prospective tenants as well as prepare the preparation of tenancy agreements. You will also manage reactive and planned repairs of properties. Both tenanted properties and voids.
The successful candidate will have experience of a similar role. Properties are located throughout West Lothian and Falkirk so having a driving license and your own vehicle is essential for this position. My client is looking to interview on Monday the 13th of August with a start date of the 20th of August.
