You will work for a leading construction consultancy based in Nottingham. They offer support and progression, as well as the opportunity to work on a wide variety of sectors.

Your new role
This company are open to recently chartered Building Surveyors, up to Associate Director level. You will work in a large team of Surveyors, working closely with design specifications, dilapidations, party wall, project management and condition surveys. This team has a CAD technician, so you will have support in CAD work. You will work on a variety of sectors including both private and public sector, as well as blue light, healthcare, education and private commercial work.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree or equivalent in Building Surveying or similar discipline. More senior candidates will ideally be chartered and be able to bring work with them, however my client are open to meeting people that are working towards their APC, or are recently chartered.

What you'll get in return
