Building Surveyor

Conrad Consulting is currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join our client in Essex

Interested candidates must have a Building Surveying degree with ideally 1 - 5 year's industry work experience undertaking project building surveying duties.

Our Client: Independent multi-disciplinary consultancy who have offices throughout the UK working with clients in both the public and private sectors.

Projects: Education, Healthcare, Local Authority, Residential

Company Headcount: 100 - 200

Requirements of the Building Surveyor:

• Project Management and Contact Administration experience
• Knowledge of building principles, preparing plans and specifications
• Competency in using AutoCAD
• Excellent communication (including report writing) and interpersonal skills
• Relevant HND/degree level qualification (accredited by RICS or CIOB)
