Your new company
As a Contract Works Supervisor, you will be joining a leader in the provision of social housing based in Plymouth who provide accommodation to over 35,000 people within over 16,000 homes. Your new company are also a commercial landlord, managing a number of retail units across the city. You'll be working for an employer who have a clear and defined social purpose and your work will make visible improvements to the lives of thousands of people in Plymouth.

Your new role
As a Contract Works Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising programmes of work to refurbish multiple occupancy and single dwelling properties. You will ensure that all aspects of programme delivery is completed to the highest possible standard, on time and to budget. You will ensure that contract administration paperwork is up to date and accurate, and ensure the leaseholder consultation takes place to enable works to be recharged.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you should have previous experience of contract supervision or management, experience of programme management and delivery, and expert knowledge of all current health and safety legislation including CDM.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a starting salary of £28,073 per year wit ha guaranteed 18 month contract, alongside a number of additional benefits including 25 days holiday, a defined contribution pension scheme and your professional membership fees paid for.
