Job Details
The role of Maintenance Insights Manager will be pivotal in the continuation and improvement of the maintenance strategy across the entire organisation. You will work closely with other internal departments and senior stakeholders along with a team of Analysts.

My client are a leading G15 Housing Association.
Description
Working with other stakeholders Including the M&E services team, Compliance and Direct Maintenance. The Maintenance Insights Manager will develop a central data analytic function to support operational decision making, deliver service improvement and improve customer satisfaction. Along side this you will also be tasked with producing a monthly consolidated version of KPI's.
Profile
To be successful for the Maintenance Insights Manager role you will have:
Excellent analytic, data management and reporting experience.
Strong team management and communication skills.
Stakeholder management and influencing experience.
Customer focus experience and relating this to value for money.
Strong commercial acumen and dynamic in approach to challenges.
Full clean driving licence, car owner/ driver.
Job Offer
A basic Salary of £50,000 - £56,000 + travel allowance & benefits.
