Role: New Build & Refurbishment - High End/ World Class - Inception to Completion.

A rapidly-growing construction consultancy based on the beautiful Island of Malta is urgently seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to join its team and meet increasing client demand
This consultancy specialises in the complete lifecycle design, engineering and management of construction, infrastructure and environmental projects; especially high-end residential/hotels, hospitality and retail.
Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Office Location: Malta
Project Locations: Malta, Dubai, Sri Lanka, North Africa and various European locations.
Salary: €60,000
Duties:
- Pre-contract duties on FIDIC contracts
- Cost Planning
- Cost Reports
- Feasibilities
- Contract Administration
- Preparing Tender Documentation
Requirements: The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have achieved MRICS and be experienced with FIDIC contracts. Experience on high-end hospitality or residential would be preferable.

Values: £10m+
