A multi-disciplined private practice based in South London are seeking a business-minded Senior Building Surveyor with experience emphasised in carrying out contract administration and core professional services to join their expanding Central London building consultancy team.

The Role of the Successful Senior Building Surveyor

  • Acting as contract administrator
  • Landlord & tenant services (dilapidations, schedules of condition etc)
  • Preventative maintenance plans (PMP's)
  • Client liaison
  • Advising more junior members of the team

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor

  • Degree and MRICS qualified
  • Experienced and competent in carrying out core professional services
  • Strong communication skills (written/verbal)
  • Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised
  • Experience working with public sector clients preferred
