Asbestos Surveyor, P402 essential, Housing , Leicester City Centre
Your new company
Large Housing department of busy Local Authority have an immediate need for an Asbestos Surveyor.
Your new role
As a Maintenance Surveyor within the Housing team you will be carrying out inspections and surveys for repairs and maintenance. undertake a basic design,prepare plans write specifications and produce tender documents. You will oversee contractors work, assessing for quality and certifying payments.
This will involve dealing with Asbestos.
What you'll need to succeed
Housing Maintenance Surveying background along with extensive Asbestos practical experience along with the P402 qualification. This is essential, please do not apply if you do not hold this certificate.
