Senior Project Manager / Surveyor based in London

London based Property & Surveying Practice are looking to expand their team with a Senior Project Manager / Surveyor. 

You will be an integral part of the company's continued expansion and succession management. This is an exciting time to join a growing practice and will suit someone who is ambitious and looking for their next step up in their career. 

You will need exceptional people skills in this role and will have demonstrated client interface and account management skills with experience.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified but they will also consider applications from Project Managers with a Building Surveying background with the following experience:

Experience in:

• Building Surveying - undertaking property inspections and reporting on a diverse range of issues
• Undertake inspections and prepare specifications for various categories of works : ( i.e  Internal decorations to major works).
• Project Management
• Prepare and manage tender process.
• Defect Analysis
• Programming
• Presentations
• Client Management 

You will also:

• be accomplished and be able to work autonomously
• have excellent time management able to keep to tight deadlines
• be passionate about your career and property 
• be proficient in MS Office and industry standard software
