Head of Risk and Property Compliance

An exciting position has arisen at a leading London estate for a Head of Fire, Health and Safety. The estate prides itself on the achievement of exceptional standards and strives to be a centre of excellence offering advice on the upkeep of historic buildings. The post-holder will lead a team of Health and Safety and Fire Safety professionals to ensure that risks in relation to health and fire safety are properly controlled and that all employees and stakeholders across the estate are appropriately engaged. You will develop an overall strategy of continuous improvement for Fire, Health and Safety management for the estate; and to create synergy and identify opportunities to leverage the knowledge, personnel and resources of the teams in order to ensure excellence in service provision and value for money. Ideally you will have an accredited degree or diploma in occupational health and safety or a related discipline; or a National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) Diploma; or Level 4 of the Vocational Qualifications for Occupational Health and Safety Practice.
