My client are seeking an experienced DLO Repairs Manager to join their maintenance team on a permanent basis, to help maintain and improve the high level of service provided across the organisation.

Description
Responsibilities of the DLO Repairs Manager will include:
- Providing strong leadership, proactive coaching and mentoring to the Responsive Repairs and Servicing Team.
- Managing budgets and deadlines of works.
- Ensuring exceptional standards of delivery.
- Achieving all KPI's and financial targets.
- Ensuring measures are in place to maintain property compliance.
Profile
The successful candidate for the DLO Repairs Manager role will have managed in-house maintenance teams before and have experience of working with Housing associations or local authorities.
Job Offer
A basic salary of £55,000 - £60,000 + benefits.
