Senior Chartered Building Surveyor - does surveying need to be boring?

Click ME.. Click ME.. enough of the boring stuff, I could go on about how my client is 'a leading blue chip property consultant' - which it is but you don't want hear any of that!

What does happen is that the surveyors have an enjoyable working experience, it's not all head down at 9am followed by a ham sandwich with cheese and onion crisps at lunch, meeting Adam at the water dispenser talking about politics.

Responsibilities;

• Preparing/negotiating dilapidations
• Feasibility advice
• Building/Pre-acquisition surveys
• Undertaking building reinstatement cost assessments
• Acting as contract administrator
• PPM surveys
• Frequent client liaison

Successful surveyor;

• MRICS
• Commercially aware
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Driven
