Investment Surveyor (Senior / AD / Director)

An International Real Estate Consultancy and market leader in its field. This is a rare opportunity to join a genuine global leader, with a highly successful, high performing investment function based in the Midlands.

This is an opportunity within Capital Markets to operate across a variety of sectors for an organisation with an outstanding reputation. You will be responsible for investment transactions, analysis and report writing. Crucially you will build on existing client relationships and grow new ones. You will provide investment advice and acquire / dispose of real estate assets for property companies, private and institutional.

To be considered for this opportunity you will have the ability to provide strategic advice, together with a sound knowledge of the Midlands property market. It’s important you are a chartered surveyor (MRICS), with experience in agency, property management, investment or valuation.
