Job Details
A global brand, manufacturing award winning home appliances, are now looking for a Facilities Project Engineer to join the business on a salaried basis. The successful candidate must have a strong emphasis on building services and over-seeing office refurbishments/fit outs up to a £1,000,000 in value.

The role
Coming from a Hard FM background, Project Engineer, Facilities Project Manager or Facilities Management background you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to Project Manage refurbishments and fit-outs.
- Write, understand and follow specifications.
- Previous experience within Building Services is essential as a Facilities Project Manager.
- Excellent H&S understanding including CDM regulations.
- Ideally develop and design, using AutoCAD, Building Services solutions.
Overall the position is there to create agile working within the business, to manage the building, and to ensure excellence is maintained throughout all projects.
To be successful
- Relevant Building Services qualification.
- Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Previous Facilities Project Management experience.
- Able to manage complex projects and provide examples of these.
- Enthusiasm and passion to succeed.
