Commercial Finance Broker @ Leading Finance Co

Our client are a leading Real Estate Commercial Finance company based in Mayfair, who are seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Broker to join their highly successful and well established team. Our client specialises in:

- Commercial Finance
- Residential Finance
- Hotel Finance
- European Finance
- Mezzanine
- Development Finance
- Shopping Centres
- Care Homes
- Marine and Aviation

Our client have built up strong relationships with a range of lenders in addition to the traditional banks including financiers and private equity lenders. With these strong relationships, you have the ability to fully optimise your client's options and successfully secure funding.

Essential requirements:

- At least 1+ years industry experience, ideally working for a bank, fund, lender or brokerage
- Ideally CeMAP qualified
- Good academic background
- Intimate knowledge of regulations and procedures
- Sound commercial awareness and an enthusiasm to develop new business streams
- Have a capability in generating new business and servicing established client contacts
- Are committed and have an eye for detail
- Excellent project management, presentation and leadership skills
- Are used to working with minimal supervision and have a strong ability to use their own initiative
- Are capable of managing a wide and complex workload
- Are personable and a strong team player

Our client are offering a very competitive salary package circa £36,000 + fantastic commission structure, but would consider paying more for the right person. Please note, our client are looking to take people on in a consultancy position, but would consider permanent hires.
