Quantity Surveyor/ Project Manager

£40,000 - £50,000 | London

A multi disciplinary Chartered Surveyors are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable providing additional Project Management support on a broad range of build & rail projects across London.

Joining a practice based a short distance from The Shard, the successful Quantity Surveyor will have good pre contract knowledge as well as previous practice of assuming the role of project manager.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for running projects whilst also assisting the Directors on larger schemes.

Sectors: Commercial, Residential, Rail, Retail, and Hotels.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Quantity Surveying related degree
  • Previous QS, consultancy experience
  • Good pre contract knowledge
  • Able to assume the role of project management
  • Good communication skills

  • £40,000 - £50,000 base salary
