Associate Building Surveyor

An independent firm of chartered surveyors based in the heart of Central London are seeking a client-facing Associate Building Surveyor to assist in the development of their expanding team.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will carry out a balanced (project/professional services) role and focus on clients operating in the commercial and automotive sectors.

The Role?

  • Schedules of dilapidations
  • Contract administration
  • Party wall matters
  • Building reinstatement cost assessments
  • Planned maintenance

As the successful Associate Building Surveyor, you will also be expected to build a portfolio of key client relationships both internally and externally.

The Successful Associate Building Surveyor?

  • MRICS (3+ years PQE)
  • Commercial property experience
  • A client-facing demeanour and business development background
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
