Alongside this they are supporting the implementation of national infrastructure projects in the area with a further £200m to support this. Description

Ensure my client is aware of the development opportunities and value of its land and Property Holdings. They will undertake the necessary professional work associated with those sites and developments. This will include;

Obtaining consents

Preparing reports

Marketing & Negotiating all conditions of developments

Recommending courses of action

Negotiating detailed terms & achieving completion of transactions

Profile

The successful candidate will be a confident, problem solver with a keen interest in all aspects of development. Must have an inquisitive nature and be able to remain adaptable to work through problems and achieve the end goal.

Must be able to confidently engage and negotiate with internal teams and stake holders as well as external agents and businesses. Must be willing to seek out new challenges and strive to develop.

Ideally you will be an MRICS General Practice/Development Surveyor with experience in development, working on similar high profile projects.
