Your new role
You will be a commercially minded, senior and valued member of the team, taking the lead on the delivery of the housing dev programme, right from the planning stage through to completion. You will be managing budgets/risk, negotiating, ensuring projects are meeting time frames and are compliant.

What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a relevant qualification ie project management, surveying, planning etc. You will have previous experience with housing development (affordable housing or private housing) and will have a strong knowledge on planning law.
