Job Details
I'm currently working with a leading UK construction and regeneration group which are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a public sector scheme based in the East of London. The residential scheme has an overall value of £20m and my client of looking to build a total asset management solution team due the scale of planned works.

Description
The key responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor will be:
Producing schedule of rates
Responsive maintenance of Voids
Maintaining up to date payment schedules of sub contractors
Maintaining a high level understanding of planning and programming to ensure accurate progress reporting
Managing the production of accurate and timely financial forecasts for use in setting targets
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
Relevant qualification
Public sector experience
Large residential planned works experience
Valid CSCS card
Full UK driving License
Job Offer
A basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000 + benefits
