Estates Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a budding asset management professional to work alongside an experienced team with a well established corporate client and their estate as an Estates Surveyor.

You will have the opportunity to deliver high quality service within estates management and property consulting and get exposure to all disciplines of commercial real estate, most importantly asset management, estates and strategy.

WHATS ON OFFER

• A salary of up to £32,000 as an Estates Surveyor.

THE ROLE

• Proactive management of a clients real estate portfolio
• Co-ordinating the efforts of your colleagues to deliver appropriate services through Property Management, Lease Advisory, Rating, Building Surveying etc.
• Strategy and execution of transactions eg Acquisitions, Disposals
• Reviewing the portfolio to find opportunities to add value
• Progressive and open minded way of problem solving
• Drawing up accurate and detailed reports for stakeholders
• Supporting the Account Director in service delivery
• Promote and nurture the corporate solutions offering of the business.

THE PERSON

• Degree educated within a relevant field. I.e Real Estate, Estates Management etc.
• MRICS
• Able to demonstrate commercial and financial nous.
• Experience within an estates management environment
• Knowledge of all aspects of General Practice or as an Estates Surveyor
• Attention to detail and the ability to show initiative
• Computer literate with good communication skills. Working knowledge of TRAMPS and Horizon highly desirable.
