Development - Surveyor / Senior Surveyor - Planning & Devt Specialists
Competitive Base salary & Package
This proactive and renowned Commercial Property Consultancy are currently recruiting a Surveyor/Senior Development Surveyor to join their established London team.
From scheme inception through to delivery you will gain full exposure advising both public and private sector clients. This is a highly strategic role implementing processes in relation to complex residential-led regeneration schemes and my client has a proven track record in delivering such projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Residential-led mixed use
- Viability Modelling
- Portfolio/Estate Regeneration
- Masterplanning
- Public/Private Partnerships
The successful candidate(s) will be RICS Qualified with minimum 1+ year PQE. Experience of valuation and/or development appraisal, development advisory, legal agreements, acquisition and disposal work would be beneficial.
