Associate Project Manager - Construction

A dynamic and expanding Multi-Disciplinary Construction Consultancy based near Piccadilly Gardens are seeking an ambitious Associate Project Manager to join them at an extremely exciting time for the company.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Project Manager to continue to develop their career and within a short period of time, move on to the next level.

The Company

The successful Associate Project Manager will be joining a Project Management, Cost Management and Building Surveying organisation. They have grown significantly over the last few years and have established themselves as a leading industry specialist.

The Role

As the Associate Project Manager you will manage the planning conditions, procurement, design and lead the project team in the delivery of the client's requirements from inception to completion on projects of a value up to £200m.

You will contribute to business development and service existing clients.

You will work in a variety of sectors including Residential, Commercial and Retail.

The Person

As the Associate Project Manager you will be working alongside Directors on Major projects as well as handling high-end projects of your own. The successful Associate Project Manager will have the relevant qualifications (MRICS, MAPM, etc)

You will have:

  • Strong construction background, within a professional organisation.
  • A proven track record in this or similar fields. Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • General good IT literacy and ability to use most standard Microsoft packages.
  • MRICS / MAPM qualfied (desirable but not essential)
