Assistant Building Surveyor

A multi-award-winning Private Practice based in SW1, Central London are seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor with 18+ months recorded APC diary to join their close-knit team.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will work alongside Residential Occupiers, Developers and Investors operating predominantly with High-End Residential properties throughout London.

Offering a person-specific APC support program, this team have successfully got 4 Assistant Building Surveyor's Chartered over the last year and offer additional APC support and CPD exposure to those looking to improve their knowledge.

  • Property managers

The Role of the successful Assistant Building Surveyor

  • Building surveys
  • Planned maintenance
  • Dilapidations on behalf of the landlord and tenant
  • Contact administration
  • Defect diagnosis

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor

  • 18+ months recorded APC diary from a Private Practice/Consultancy background
  • Professional Building Surveying exposure will be preferred
  • Residential Building Surveying exposure will also be preferred
  • MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
  • Committed to career progression
  • Client facing
