Summary:

• Position: A specialist surveying and construction consultancy with offices in London and the South are seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to join their expanding London team.
• Role:Intermediate Project Manager - New Build / refurbishment (Commercial /Residential / Retail)
• Person: Intermediate Project Manager / Project Manager with Consultancy experience circa 2 years minimum with a solid academic foundation.

A specialist surveying and construction consultancy with offices in London and the South are seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to join their expanding London team.

The Role

As the Intermediate Project Manager, you will be supporting the project management team in key processes. You will ensure timely delivery of the project and within budget. As well as:

• Provide a single point of contact to the client
• Provide advice on pre-commencement negotiations
• Assist in team selection and appointment of consultants
• Provide advice on contractual documentation
• Chair design and project team meetings
• Prepare client reports
• Overall project management and control of the construction team
• Ensure compliance in accordance with the clients' brief

The Person

As the Project Manager, you will ideally have 2+ years post qualification experience and working towards MRICS, MAPM or other relevant qualification, as well as:

• Client facing, well presented and articulate
• Excellent Written, communication and presentation skills
• A solid academic foundation with a construction related degree
• Career focussed with a strong desire to develop and learn
