Kent's leading multi-discipline practice is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join the team.

My client is an award-winning consultancy, they're regularly undertaking prestigious projects across the South East in the residential, education and commercial sector. A position in the team has arisen due to one of the Senior Members moving across to lead another one of the firm's offices.

This practice heavily invests into all employees offering career development programmes and regular reviews, majority of the Partners started off as Graduates. The opportunity available is to join the team as a Senior member with a clear path to progression.

Duties;

• Contract Administration
• Project Management
• Party Wall Matters
• Building/Defect surveys
• Planned Maintenance

Successful Building Surveyor;

• MRICS/MCIOB
• Proven project management experience
• Residential Building Surveying experience
• Driven & Proactive
