Salary: £30 per hour         Ref: E/ABM/032/18

SRUC is unique in Scotland and one of the largest organisations of its kind in Europe.  Our ambitious and exciting vision is to work at local, national and international levels, leading innovation and sustainable development in agriculture and rural sectors.

We require a qualified Chartered Rural Surveyor, with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire students to deliver distinct, specialist modules  forming part of the BA(Hons) Rural Business Management (with RICS Accreditation) course.  The course provides students with the potential to enter the Rural Surveying profession as Assistant/Graduate Surveyors.

This is a fixed term, part-time post of 6 hours per week in the first instance, until 30 June 2019.

The successful applicant should have an Honours Degree, membership of RICS and may also have a relevant postgraduate degree.  Experience of teaching, particularly in a higher education setting and/or a teaching qualification would be an advantage. A current UK driving licence is essential.
