We require a qualified Chartered Rural Surveyor, with strong communication skills and the ability to inspire students to deliver distinct, specialist modules forming part of the BA(Hons) Rural Business Management (with RICS Accreditation) course. The course provides students with the potential to enter the Rural Surveying profession as Assistant/Graduate Surveyors.
The successful candidate will be a team player who can also contribute to the teaching of the programme with an understanding of its future education and training needs. They should hold membership of RICS and have experience as a Rural Surveyor. The successful candidate would be responsible for the delivery of specific rural surveying – focussed modules.
This is a fixed term, part-time post of 6 hours per week in the first instance, until 30 June 2019.
The successful applicant should have an Honours Degree, membership of RICS and may also have a relevant postgraduate degree. Experience of teaching, particularly in a higher education setting and/or a teaching qualification would be an advantage. A current UK driving licence is essential.
