Description

Working as part of a highly successful Property Team you will be responsible for covering a geographical area in the Midlands, assisting the Principle Property Manager with all aspects of General Practice work. The role encompasses all aspects of L&T, taking accountability for asset management data for the portfolio in the midlands & liaising with clients. Stake Holder engagement is central to role, therefore effective communications skills are vital.

Profile

Must be MRICS General Practice Surveyor with a strong working knowledge of L+T. Strong client facing skills, good commercial awareness. Must be able to work autonomously managing your time effectively. You must also have strong stake holder engagement skills and the ability to problem solve to reach positive commercial arrangements.

Job Offer

£45000-£50000 + Car Allowance + Strong Pension
