With strong market conditions our client a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors / Residential Valuation Surveyors (Panel Managers) is urgently recruiting several Valuers for the below  regions / patches.

  • Doncaster 
  • Leeds
  • Canterbury
  • Sevenoaks
  • Oxford

The Person:

  • MRICS or AssocRICS 
  • VRS Registered (training and support may be offered) 
  • Expect to carry out a range of Mortgage Valuations, Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys. (all surveyors are home based)
  • Targets are sensible, as well as a tight concentrated geographical patch.
  • Basic salaries are in the region of £45,000 / £50,000 (Depending on experience)
  • Expect a lucrative bonus scheme, car allowance or car, pension and healthcare.

With an excellent in house training scheme, they strongly encourage applications from Surveyors of all RICS backgrounds.

They are also keen to speak with MRICS Building Surveyors interested in 'crossing over' into the Residential Sector.
