Project Manager - Consultancy

A Top 20 global Property and Construction consultancy with offices Worldwide, are seeking a Project Manager to join their London office, based near St Paul's Cathedral. This represents an excellent opportunity to diversify your sector experience and have clear career progression.

The Role

As part of the role, the successful Project Manager will be:

  • Managing a programme of work through the full project life cycle
  • Responsible for managing delivery in accordance with the clients process and procedures
  • completing all documentation in consultation with the Project Executive (i.e. scope of works, pre-construction information)
  • Highlighting any potential risks impacting on confidence levels of project delivery

The Person

As a Project Manager, you will ideally be MRICS or MAPM or working towards them or hold other relevant professional qualifications.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Construction related degree
  • Construction Consultancy experience (build / refurb projects)
  • Demonstrable experience delivering high value build projects on time to budget
  • Client facing persona
