Intermediate Project Manager - North London

A well-established independent construction consultancy, specialising in high-end residential projects, situated in North London, are seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to join their new and expanding London office.

The Intermediate Project Manager

As the Intermediate Project Manager, you will ideally have 2+ years Project Management experience and preferably have started your APC. You will have experience working on Residential projects, as well as:

Requirements:

  • Client facing, well presented and articulate
  • Construction related degree and Construction Consultancy experience
  • Demonstrable track record in high end residential projects
  • Residential new build experience desirable

  • Up to £45,000

PLEASE NOTE: The successful candidate MUST have operated in a CLIENT FACING ROLE in a Project Management Capacity both pre and post contract.
