Senior Building Surveyor
A well-established and fast growing independent commercial building consultancy located in Liverpool, are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their international consultancy.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be responsible primarily for delivering on projects and technical due diligence instructions for both commercial, industrial and residential properties.
As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will oversee accelerating your career and be provided with the opportunities to stretch yourself and become and expert in your field.
The Role of The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will include;
- Technical due diligence
- Experience working with projects valued between £20,000 - £3,000,000
- Varied exposure to professional and project work
- Party wall surveys
- Supervising APC candidates
The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will have;
- Leadership experience
- MRICS preferred
- BSc or MSc Building surveying
- Experience in undertaking schedules of dilapidations
- Experience in commercial, industrial and retail property
In Return, The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will receive;
- £35,000 - £45,000
