M&E Quanitity Surveyor - Birmingham

M&E Quantity Surveyor required for a MEICA Design and Build Contractor that operates across the UK in various water and nuclear sectors.

Based in their Birmingham office, the successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will be:

• Cost plan, tender documents and provide procurement advice
• Produce surveying reports and attend project review meetings
• Cash flow forecasting
• Identifying risks
• Maximising profitability

Required:

• To be an M&E Quantity Surveyor with experience in a process environment e.g. water treatment / nuclear / waste
