Conrad Consulting is currently recruiting for an Associate Level Building Surveyor to join our client in Cambridge
Interested candidates must have a wealth of professional building surveying experience with the ability to lead and develop a team along with excellent client facing skills.

Our Client: Independent multi-disciplinary consultancy who have offices throughout the UK working with clients in both the public and private sectors.

Projects: Education, Healthcare, Industrial, Residential, Commercial, Retail

Company Headcount: 100 - 200

Requirements of the Associate Building Surveyor:

  • Party Wall, Dilapidations, Landlord and Tennant along with other professional building surveying experience
  • MRICS qualified
  • Ideally 5 - 10 years' experience within a practice environment
  • Experienced of earmarking potential business opportunities and developing them further
